Jessica A. - “I love that it’s like a puzzle - figuring out the best regimen for the patient and adjusting based on labs/ fluid status and whatever else going on medically. And I love that I can really see the impact it has on a patient. Helping them to be stronger, gain weight, etc.”
Roxanne. M. “It’s something completely different every day. You can see the changes you’re making the next day (labs). You have to know a lot more about medicine in general.”

💲💰The Importance of Pay Transparency
We shouldn’t have to ask companies to include their salary/hourly rates in a job posting. This helps with transparency and more and more states are now requiring this. Salary transparency has been shown to increase pay equity, especially for women.
All of the jobs posted to our Build Up Dietitians Jobs Group are required to list the salary range. We have 4-6 jobs posted each week.

A: “…The most frequent success story we hear is when the RD and RD2Be end up having similar life experiences and struggles. Often the RD is able to help the RD2Be with guidance and provide insight based on those lived experiences…”
