Question #1: Where do you live in Greece and what is your job title/role as a dietitian?
Answer: “I live in Athens, the capital of Greece, and I work as a freelance dietitian.”
Question #2: What is a typical day like for you as a dietitian?
Answer: “…a typical day would be scheduled sessions with clients, creating diet plans for patients/clients. The rest of my time is dedicated to making sure I am up to date, like reading the latest guidelines, creating content on my social media. Lastly, I try to get involved in new more efficient ways to help and support my clientele, like attending webinars, seminars etc. (e.g. specialized in a psychoeducational method for weight management).”
