Question: Why did you decide to start the Sgt Scholar page? 

Answer: “I started Sgt Scholar to promote critical thinking and STEM through a veteran perspective. My team and I view STEM and critical thinking as essential tools for active citizenship---especially with how pseudoscience and misinformation threaten our nation. Our military service may be over, but our sense of duty is still strong. By promoting these tools, we continue to serve.  

Question: What's your top example of medical or health misinformation that you wish would die (a long and painful death)? 

Answer: “Regarding health mis/disinformation, I despise anti-vaccine the most.”
